Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Kigali International Airport
Upon arrival at the airport, you will be met and greeted by our friendly driver guide who will brief you and take you through your trip plan. After which, you will be transferred to Kinigi guest house where you will be picked the next morning for gorilla trekking activity in Volcanoes national park.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes National Park.
On this day, you will have a great time meeting with the mountain gorillas in Volcanoes National Park! After a tasty breakfast, you guide will pick you from the lodge. You will head for briefing by ranger guides at 7:30 and at 8:30am with packed lunch. You will start the trek to hunt for the gorillas and after finding them you will spend with them a maximum of 1 hour. This walk can take 4-5 hours or even the whole day depending how far the gorillas have moved. The park is steep, it is a real hiking and being physically fit is recommended. After trekking, you will return to the lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Transfer to Nyungwe Forest.
After the morning breakfast, you will leave the guest house with packed lunch to Nyungwe forest, one of Rwanda’s largest forests. The forest is known for having primates with 13 monkey species including chimpanzees. You will make a walk through the forest in search for monkeys and birds, view the waterfalls and track chimpanzees. Later in the evening, you will return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4: Transfer to the Airport
After early morning breakfast at the lodge, you will check out and get into your safari vehicle for your transfer to Kigali international airport for your flight back home
